It was\u00a0inaugurated by DG NCC\u00a0Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh\u00a0and attended by\u00a0Additional Directors General &amp; Deputy Directors General representing NCC Directorates from across the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the meeting, DG NCC\u00a0highlighted the substantial efforts made in the last one year to enhance training, infrastructure and logistics functions of the NCC.\u00a0He\u00a0emphasised\u00a0on\u00a0the need for institutionalised training to be the\u00a0<em>raison de\u2019\u00eatre<\/em>\u00a0(reason for being) of all\u00a0Directorates\u00a0in order to meaningfully contribute towards nation building, social\u00a0awareness and community development programmes.\u00a0He\u00a0reiterated NCC\u2019s unwavering commitment to motivate young Indians and transform them into responsible citizens,\u00a0in sync with\u00a0the\u00a0Government\u00a0policies\u00a0towards making the country \u2018Viksit Bharat\u2019 by 2047.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference was held at the newly-renovated\u00a0Pratap Conference Hall, DG NCC Camp, Cariappa Parade Ground in New Delhi.
