In a proud moment for\u00a0Indian para-sports<\/strong>,\u00a0Shivani<\/strong>\u00a0from Andhra Pradesh and\u00a0Jyoti<\/strong>\u00a0from Haryana were conferred with the\u00a0Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar<\/strong>\u00a0by the\u00a0Hon\u2019ble President of India<\/strong>\u00a0Smt.<\/strong>\u00a0Droupadi Murmu<\/strong>\u00a0at a ceremony held in New Delhi.<\/p>\n

The prestigious honour recognises their outstanding sporting achievements, resilience, and discipline at a young age.\u00a0Shivani\u00a0<\/strong>has excelled in Javelin Throw and Shot Put, while\u00a0Jyoti<\/strong>\u00a0has demonstrated remarkable versatility in Discus Throw, Shot Put, and Javelin Throw, consistently delivering strong performances at international national and competitive platforms. It\u2019s the Highest Civilian award in Children’s category.<\/p>\n

Both athletes were identified, scouted, and nurtured from the grassroots level by the\u00a0Aditya Mehta Foundation<\/strong>, undergoing structured, long-term training and holistic development over the past four years. Their journey reflects perseverance, focus, and excellence both on and off the field.<\/p>\n

Their achievement stands as a powerful reminder of how early identification, sustained mentorship, and opportunity can shape young talent and elevate Indian para-sports on the national stage.<\/p>\n
