Held at Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, from 5 \u2013 7 December 2025<\/em><\/p>\n

Hyderabad, 8th December 2025<\/strong>: A 10-member\u00a0Indian para-cycling team<\/strong>\u00a0trained by the\u00a0Aditya Mehta Foundation<\/strong>\u00a0(AMF) participated in the\u00a0Korat, Thailand Para Cycling Cup 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0Athletes from 12 countries Malaysia, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, China, Tajikistan, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, and India competed at the event, giving the Indian team invaluable exposure to high-performance international racing. The contingent also included two handcyclists, reflecting the growing depth of India\u2019s para-cycling ecosystem.<\/p>\n

          Despite strong international competition, the para-athletes raced with heart, resilience, and pride \u2014 each medal carrying a story of perseverance and hope. The event also fostered friendships and meaningful learning exchanges with para-cyclists from other nations.<\/p>\n

          Arshad\u2019s Story<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Our Paralympian para-cyclist, Arshad Shaik, secured 4th place despite recently undergoing surgery for a fractured arm \u2014 a true display of grit and determination.<\/p>\n

          Support & Acknowledgment<\/strong><\/p>\n

          The team\u2019s participation was made possible through the support of Invesco, GMMCO, Alcon, and Flutter Entertainment (for adult para-cyclists). Their contributions toward adaptive equipment, training, rehabilitation, travel, and selection camps significantly strengthened this effort.<\/p>\n

          \u201cOur para-cyclists displayed extraordinary courage and commitment. Their performance in Korat is a testament to their spirit and determination as they prepare for future elite events, qualification pathways for the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, and the Paralympics 2028.
