The event was held to honour distinguished individuals for their contributions to the field of medicine, and to recognize premier institutions for their outstanding healthcare services. It served as a heartfelt tribute to the dedication and service of the medical fraternity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Thiru. Ma. Subramanian<\/strong>, Hon\u2019ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu, graced the occasion as the <strong>Chief Guest<\/strong>. In his address, he praised the invaluable service and commitment of doctors and medical institutions in shaping a healthier society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rotary Excellence Awards for Distinguished Doctors were presented to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dr. H. V. Hande<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Prathap C. Reddy<\/li>\n<li>Prof. Dr. Mohamed Rela<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty<\/li>\n<li>Dr. C. Palanivelu<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Mayilvahanan Natarajan<\/li>\n<li>Dr. Vallalarpuram Sennimalai Natarajan<\/li>\n<li>Dr.KR.Balakrishnan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Institutions of Excellence Awards were conferred on the following leading medical institutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Madras Medical College<\/li>\n<li>Stanley Medical College<\/li>\n<li>Sankara Nethralaya Eye Hospital<\/li>\n<li>The Kanchi Kamakoti CHILDS Trust Hospital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event was held under the leadership of <strong>Aks. Rtn. Vinod Saraogi<\/strong>, District Governor of Rotary District 3234.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking on the significance of the event, <strong>District Governor Vinod Saraogi<\/strong> said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cIf a nation is to progress, a strong medical fraternity is essential.
