Hyderabad, 7th February 2025<\/strong>:\u00a0India\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0paracyclists have once again brought glory to the nation by delivering outstanding performances at\u00a0Day 1<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0Asian Road & Paracycling Championship<\/strong>\u00a0held in\u00a0Phichit, Thailand<\/strong>. Representing various states of India, these exceptional para-athletes showcased unparalleled determination, skill, and resilience, winning hearts and accolades on the international stage.<\/p>\n

The Indian contingent displayed a remarkable performance, securing 4 medals, including\u00a01 Gold, 2 Silver, 1 Bronze<\/strong>, against some of the toughest competitors from across Asia.<\/p>\n

Winners from India<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Jyoti Gaderiya<\/strong>\u00a0from Maharashtra, won Gold in the Individual Time Travel – Women\u2019s C2 Category.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Arshad Shaik<\/strong>\u00a0from Andhra Pradesh clinched Silver in the Individual Time Travel – Men’s C2 Category.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Jalaluddin Ansari<\/strong>\u00a0from Bihar clinched Bronze in the Individual Time Travel – Men’s C2 Category.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Prashant Arkal<\/strong>\u00a0from Maharashtra clinched Silver in the Individual Time Travel – Men’s Handcycling H4 Category.<\/p>\n
